Can I customize furniture orders?

Customers have the privilege of selecting their preferred designs, colors, and materials for their furniture. In the case of bedroom sets, customers are further offered the option to personalize their wardrobes by providing precise measurements. Furthermore, our store welcomes customers to provide us with images to assist in locating their desired furniture pieces.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Absolutely, we provide warranties for our products. The warranty coverage period ranges from 3 to 5 years.

What materials are your products made from?

Sofa: Our sofas are skillfully crafted from an assortment of materials including velvet fabric, pet-friendly fabric, easy-clean fabric, PU (polyurethane), and genuine cow leather.

Dining Set: Our dining sets exude sophistication and longevity through the use of quality materials such as solid rubber wood, marble, ceramic, and sintered stone.

Bedroom Set: The bedroom sets feature a combination of MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) meticulously finished with either melamine or PVC surfaces. This pairing of materials guarantees both structural integrity and visual charm.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, you have two convenient options. You can directly contact the designated person in charge through WhatsApp (+6012-683 1014) or choose to visit our showroom in person.

Can I track my order’s delivery status?

Direct Communication: Feel free to reach out to us by phone or WhatsApp (+6012-683 1014) to inquire about the status of your order.

Proactive Updates: To ensure clear communication and a smooth delivery experience, we take the initiative to contact customers two days before the scheduled delivery date. Additionally, we provide updates on the day of delivery to ensure you’re well-informed about the progress of your order.

What are your delivery options?

Our delivery options are designed to accommodate your preferences and convenience:

Cash and Carry: If you choose to visit our showroom, you have the option to make a cash and carry purchase.

Order Confirmation and Deposit: Once you confirm your order and successfully transfer the required deposit, our team will promptly get in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Flexible Delivery: For customers whose residences are currently undergoing construction or renovation, we offer the flexibility to postpone the delivery. This can be done by paying the applicable booking fees, without incurring any additional charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I return or exchange a product?

Products cannot be exchanged or returned once the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

Exception applies in cases of manufacturing defects.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Upon receiving the products, customers are advised to inspect them prior to installation. Should any defects be identified, customers can promptly notify our staff or contact the designated person in charge (+6012-683 1014).

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

In the event of confirmed manufacturing defects, we will facilitate an exchange with the manufacturer and subsequently arrange for the delivery of the replacement items. The delivery date will be rescheduled accordingly.

Customers are requested to notify us immediately upon delivery if any defects are detected.

Please note that slight variations in product color, marble or wood set design may arise due to lighting and are not considered defects.
